Sourdough Pizza Night!

Join us for a fun and interactive evening of pizza-making, where you’ll learn the art of crafting sourdough pizzas from scratch. Culinary Institute of America–trained chef Chelsea Bruce, co-owner of North Fork Chai Co., will guide you step-by-step through preparing dough, making sauces, and building pizzas that highlight the best fall flavors.

We’ll explore delicious seasonal toppings like roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions, fresh herbs, and more—perfect combinations to showcase the depth and versatility of sourdough. You’ll learn techniques for mixing, shaping, and baking your dough to achieve that crisp, chewy crust that makes sourdough pizza so irresistible.

Whether you’re new to sourdough or looking to expand your pizza-making skills, this hands-on class will leave you with the confidence and know-how to create unforgettable pizzas at home.

Come hungry and ready to cook—because nothing beats the taste of a pizza made with your own two hands!
