North Fork Chai was developed in 2017 by sister and brother.  We make our product in Northern California from high quality ingredients. Everything is prepared fresh before we begin our small batch brews. We aim to operate in an environmentally friendly manner. For example, our tea waste becomes mulch for our gardens that give back. We value customer experience, quality, culture, traditions and employees being our top priorities.

Chelsea is a Culinary Institute of American Graduate from Greystone in the Napa Valley where she honed her skills for baking and pastry. While attending the CIA she spent her free time perfecting the chai recipe. She enjoys crafting, cooking and her family. 

Joshua has been working in the coffee industry for about a decade. Always being the best sidekick to his sister he was able to convince his sister to start the company in late 2017. This idea came to him while he was accomplishing his thru hike on the Pacific Crest Trail (Mexico to Canada)! He enjoys his farm animals (specifically goats and kittens), riding mountain bikes, and the outdoors.
