Sweet, spicy, and a little bit addictive! Our Cowboy Candy starts right here at Due North Ranch, where we grow our jalapeños from seed, nurture them through the season, and hand-harvest each pepper at its peak.

From there, Chelsea takes over, carefully slicing and transforming our ranch-grown jalapeños into a deliciously sweet and spicy treat with just the right kick of heat.

Perfect piled onto burgers and sandwiches, spooned over cream cheese with crackers, added to charcuterie boards, or enjoyed straight from the jar (we won't judge!).
