  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bagels into bite-sized pieces and spread them out on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the bagel pieces in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted and crispy.
  4. While the bagel pieces are toasting, prepare your toppings. Slice the smoked salmon and  cucumbers, into thin pieces. Pick the dill leaves off the stem.
  5. Once the bagel pieces are done toasting, let them cool for a few minutes.
